Policy/pricing. All new clients are required to leave a non refundable $200 retainer prior to booking an appointment (if I have not serviced your hair in the last year , this applies to you). Retainer goes towards your total service fee. If for any reason you cancel less then 5days prior your appointment, are more then 15 min late, are a no call no show you will not receive a credit • All cancellations must be made 120 hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment. If failed to do so retainer will be lost, additional retainer will be required to rebook. • Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of scheduled service . All no call no shows will be charged 100% and will be banned from booking future appointments. Retainer can be made in person zelle or square invoice. Please be aware I charge an hourly rate of $120 for all color services. For a quote a consultation is required.
